These terms explain the responsibilities that make an experience-sharing community possible.

Your records
You keep ownership of text, photos, and videos you create. You give LivedYet a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display content only as needed to operate and improve the service according to your visibility settings. You must have the right to share everything you upload.
Safety
An experience idea is not professional, medical, legal, or safety advice. You are responsible for judging your skills, health, local conditions, laws, equipment, and qualified supervision before attempting an activity. Do not attempt an experience merely to earn Score.
Lived Score
Lived Score is an open-ended product signal based on eligible published records and category breadth. It is not a measure of human worth, achievement, safety, or truth. We may correct, reverse, or update scoring when records are removed, duplicated, manipulated, or the published formula changes.
Community rules
You must follow the Community Guidelines. We may limit distribution, remove content, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You can report content and appeal eligible decisions.
Service changes
The service is provided as available. Features may change, especially during beta. To the extent permitted by law, LivedYet is not liable for indirect losses or for harm caused by activities, third-party places, other users, or content you choose to rely on.
Ending use
You may stop using LivedYet or delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations. Provisions that logically survive termination, including ownership, safety, and dispute terms, continue to apply.
