If an email link expires, request a new one from the sign-in screen. Never forward a sign-in email or share its link.

Records and media
A record can contain text, photos, or one video. Alpha videos can be up to five minutes and 50 MB. If an upload fails, keep the draft and try again on a stable connection.
Report a safety issue
Use Report in the app for a record, comment, profile, or community. For an urgent privacy, copyright, or safety issue, email us with the relevant link. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Privacy and account deletion
You can request a data export or delete your account from Settings. Private data is deleted; public contributions can remain only after irreversible anonymization when you choose that option.
Beta feedback
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version, and—only if it does not contain private information—a screenshot.
