Make records useful
Specific context, practical details, mistakes, and honest reflection help others. Photos and video are optional. Do not pressure anyone to provide proof or reveal private information.
Protect people
Do not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, graphic abuse, doxxing, or content that targets a person for humiliation. Get permission before identifying other people, especially children.
Do not reward danger
Do not encourage self-harm, illegal activity, reckless imitation, or bypassing qualified instruction. High-risk activities should include relevant context and safety precautions. Dangerousness does not increase Lived Score.
Respect rights
Only upload content you have the right to use. Respect copyright, privacy, local rules, protected places, and community norms. Do not advertise, spam, or manipulate experience communities.
Report and block
Use Report on a record or comment when something violates these guidelines. You can also block an abusive user. Reports are confidential from the reported author. Automated checks prioritize the queue, and a person handles reports, appeals, and uncertain high-risk cases. We aim to respond to safety reports within 24 hours.
Enforcement and appeals
We may reduce visibility, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts based on severity, context, and repeat behavior. Eligible moderation and score decisions can be appealed. A different review should consider the context supplied in the appeal.
